Britannia Tyres is setting it eyes on promotion, after the fast-fit tyre network put its name to a stand with a high-flying Midlands football team.
Fans of Nuneaton Town Football Club will be cheering on The Boro from the 1,600 capacity Britannia Tyres Stand as they welcome Aston Villa and 2016 Premier League Champions Leicester City for pre-season friendlies before Tommy Wright and his team kick off their campaign against Harrogate Town.
The 12 month deal will see the garage network continue into a third year of support for Nuneaton Town on the road to success, as they aim to return to the National League on the second time of asking.
John Tear, Marketing Manager at Britannia Tyres, is hoping that sponsoring the stand will be a road to success for the club and fans alike.
“We’re looking forward to watching the team from the Britannia Tyres stand and are hoping we can have many years of success as part of the club.
“Fans will be reminded of us every time the ball hits the back of the net and hopefully will come to us to ensure their cars and coaches are ready for those long away trips to Darlington and Alfreton.”
Frankie Fry, Director of Operations at Nuneaton Town said: “We are so pleased to be able to continue our long standing relationship with Britannia Tyres.
“It’s vital for us to work with local businesses and this partnerships marks a great return.”
Fans can visit the Liberty Way Stadium for the first home game on Tuesday 8th August and Britannia Tyres is looking forward to supporting the team home and away!
